The Complex External Forms Kits KD-033 contains a great selection of products, with Cartridge based and also Manual Putty based systems. Enabling you to conduct inspection across a wide variety of complex external forms this kit is ready to go straight out of the case.
The Pasty products P35 & P25, can easily be applied to any kind of part to obtain an external replica. The two products give Flexible impressions, that can be stretched and deformed during removal.
The M25 is a malleable material capable of performing dimensional checks on complex external shapes (T-slots, grooves and more). The M25 is the most flexible manual putty of the range, it is very elastic and very easy to extract.
The kit also contains our inovative double blade cutter which can be used to take a 1mm slice through your impression for easier measurement.
Replicas can be inspected on Profile Projectors, Vision systems or similar.
